How can I manage financial stress?

I get stressed when there is mass disorganization. Life becomes harder, waking up - less fun. I enjoy life when it is flowing, and everything seems breezy. One of the best ways that I have been able to accomplish this is by organizing my life, my finances, and my schedule. This does not mean that I do not live a life lacking in lustre and laughter. It means that I have a greater opportunity to live with these luxuries.

It takes minutes a day to track your finances, and only seconds to pencil in plans on your agenda. Why wouldn't you want to keep track of things? Forgetting things is such a huge stressor in many peoples' lives, not just yours. Your stress affects more than just you. Regardless of how Independent you think you are people will always have a degree of dependency on one another providing they are not hermits.

Disorganization is tiring, and it angers people. This will surely add to your list of things that make you stressed so why not give it a chance? Invest in a day timer, create a budget and STICK TO IT! If you think you are too busy, hire someone. A small financial expenditure to get help in organizing your life makes room for a far less taxing existence.
